What a great night!!
Thank you so much to everyone who came, I am ecstatic that our show has gained such a supportive and wonderful fanbase - the move to the Classic Grand was incredibly smooth and successful and the show was so fun that I forgot I wasn't one of the punters.
Daiquiri and I will put a full message later as the success was down to the hard work of so so many people but I wanted to throw in a quick thanks to all involved - Rockaburley survived the move and is bigger and better than ever - Vive le Classic Grand! Vive le Rockaburley! xx

It was truly a fabulous show! Thanks to all the performers and organizers, and especially to you Cat for letting me come along.

It was so good, in fact, that I'd have trouble picking a highlight.
It was also lovely to meet so many MoBsters I'd not met before - I am continually amazed at how nice y'all are.
I'll be posting photos soon!

I have finally surfaced from underneath my gin-soaked, leopard print duvet (that's figuratively gin soaked!), probably a little later than planned!
Last night was the best Rockaburley yet and one of the best nights I have had in ages. The atmosphere was electric, the tunes were awesome and all the acts were amazing - the level of quality across the board was incredibly high.
I had the most immense fun as compere which in the main is thanks to the fabulous audience, you guys were awesome and I cannot wait for the next one.
As Cat has already said the move from the Barfly from The Classic Grand was very smooth and really successful - Rockaburley can only go from strength to strength from this point on and is hands down probably the best burlesque night club in Glasgow at the moment in terms of music and quality of acts (in my humble opinion anyway).
Daiquiri Dusk and Cat Aclysmic - you are two very clever, very talented and very gorgeous ladies. Well done to both of you for your hard work and skill and congratulations on such a successful night, you both deserve it.
I'm off to get the Sunday papers, a strong latte and breakfast - ciao!

Thank you to everyone at Rockaburley what a great team you are. I had a fantastic night performing there. I was looked after so well, back stage was stress free and felt at one point like a girls night out and I had to remind myself I was getting ready to perform lol. Lovely to meet so many people from here.
Looking forward to performing in Scotland again.
Hugs

Great, great night ladies!!! at the risk of boringly repeating what everyone else just said..... great acts, great atmosphere, and the Classic Grand is a MUCH lovelier venue than Barf-ly.
Highlight for me was definitely Diva Hollywood and particularly Black Swan...
.... LOVED it! Does anyone else think that Diva is a little like a version of Bernadette Peters' character in Annie gone wonderfully bad?... FABULOUS!
Also loved Cat's suffragette act... Impressive Johnson & I arm in arm emotionally singing along and praising any burlesque act performed to Mary Poppins :-D
The only low point for me was the moment when Rockaburley finished and the RAWK club started... it was a bit... full on ... for my tastes... and my ears are still ringing...
Anyway... congratulations on another fab night, and here's to many more to come!

I did play Lily in 'Annie' when I was at school Rosters saucy girlfriend. Who pretends to be Annies mum to get the money. I pretty much did the same thing to my hair then as I do now.
The music did nothing for me either I popped up for a quick drink and then I hid in the dressing room to be honest. Sadly did not get to meet as many people as I would have liked for that reason.
Hugs

This shall be the third attempt to post again. Having little problems here again.
It was a blast to meet everyone but I wanted to apologise to those of you that I didn't make time to chat with properly - you know who you are.
Diva was really on the money with those routines and I loved Cat's Votes for Women routine - a real cracker that! Speaking of cats, it was really cool that Kittie Noirs brilliant hairdo made it look like she had little black Kittie ears when viewed from behind - purely coincidental, but rather amusing and apt.
Usherette - what a shame for our little gathering to miss you. Maybe next time.Smouldering like the charred remnants of the British Economy.....

As everyone has already said, it was a fantastic night and easily the best Rockaburley yet.
Diva, it was lovely to talk to you... soberly this time! *heehee* So glad I got to see you perform - and that you live up to your hype!!
Lucille, I'm sure you can't hear it enough but I'll tell you again how great you were!
All the girls (and guy) were fantastic, there wasn't a weak performance among you!!
Daiquiri and Cat... once again, well done ladies!!
xxx
P.S. Well done to the Stage team too... I can never let my people go un-mentioned!!
