Yep indeed - I was waiting for the line up to be confirmed before posting but here it is now, in this press release:
A Word From Robin Cameron – Chairman of the Friends of Britannia Panopticon Trust
“Britannia Panopticon is a very special building and a hugely important part of Scotland's theatre and variety heritage. Preserving Britannia and celebrating that unique heritage are the fundamental aims of the Friends of the Britannia Panopticon and gifts as important as this are vital to our succeeding in those aims. The generosity of Scotland's cultural community in it's support of Britannia Panopticon is always humbling and this gift links not only the hugely talented actor and writer Tony Roper to Britannia but also of course the great Rikki Fulton, so thank you again Tony for this fascinating and generous gift.
“The roll call of theatres and music halls featured in the print reaches back to 1750 and reminds us just how many remarkable buildings we have lost and how important it is to preserve Britannia Panopticon for future generations, so that 21st century performers can follow in the footsteps of Stan Laurel onto the Britannia stage. “
Music Hall Memories Goes West – a fund raiser for Britannia Panopticon Music Hall
The celebration of Glasgow’s immense history of theatre and music hall will continue with a Gala Show in Oran-mor on 29th March (doors open at 7.30pm for dinner at 8pm). And finally a veritable crepe suzette of burlesque acts in our cabaret revue, including Kittie of the Ministry of Burlesque, Gypsy Charms, The Great Aziz, French Fling, Daiquiri Dusk, Vendetta Vain, Rhymes With Purple and Miss Leggy Pee .
The gifted collection of prints will also be on view before returning to its new home on the walls of the Britannia Panopticon Music Hall, which will also be open during the Comedy Festival.and will reopen for Music Hall shows on the 30th & 31st May – check out www.britanniapanopticon.org for further information.

I get back from filming the Scotland team in Amsterdam that very afternoon, and subject to pennies, will defo try and come along, I've got myself a lovely lovely man who just adores theatre and music hall and lives a five minute walk from Oran Mor, so no excuse really! Will it be a dress up occassion? Will there be a seating plan cos I'd love to be sat by James or Judith!!!
