Could anyone put up a Decadent Gent in July?
Hi guys!
I am hoping to come up to Glasgow on July 11th or the day before for The Missy and Leyla Show.
I'm hoping to fly into Edinburgh or Glasgow, I'm not sure yet as I'm working out the cheapest costs.
I was wondering if any of you lovely MOBers from up that way would kindly be willing put up a Decadent Gent for a night or two ?
If so I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you chaps!
DG

perhaps drop daiquiri dusk or vendetta vain a line and ask them very very nicely, both delightful girls and their dark humour will amuse you as much as it did me.

I don't know where I'll be living at that point - and may in fact be living between two places! - otherwise I'd offer you a place to stay. But I'm pleased that you're looking to come up here for some Cabaret Festival goodness and I look forward to seeing you!
FlyBe and BMI Baby are probably your best bets if you're flying from Brum to Glasgow. It's not usually any cheaper but you can also get the train - if you get a direct West Coast Virgin train it'll take about 4 hours and take you right into the Centre.

Thank you to everyone for your tips and help. I'm looking into Flights which I think will be easier as most of the trains that day dont get in til near showtime and I dont fancy a mad dash around!
Does anyone know of any cheap accommodation in Glasgow too?
I'm considering all options as I really want to go to this!

Ah hang on, festival, some bells are ringing in my head here, I have a feeling Daiquiri was asking me to go to this, hmmmm, let me pm her DG and I'll get back to you, there might be two of us planning this, and given my current state of OMG i'd be happy to let you do it rofl!

The Euro Hostel is probably one of the cheapest, but it is what you'd expect... a hostel! It used to be student halls of residence so it's probably not THAT shoddy but I've never been inside. It looks ok from the outside, though and it is right in the city centre - although at the other end of town from the ABC (easily walkable though) but around the corner from the Classic Grand where Rockaburley will be later the same night (and you get a discounted entry to Rockburley with your Missy & Leyla ticket!).

For other options, try laterooms.com - I did a quick search for you:

If you see anything and need advice on location or condition, drop me a PM. I work in the City Centre so can always go have a peek at anywhere if I'm not already familiar with it! x
