sounds good! but as Kitt as already said they have been doing corsetry courses at Ayr college for a while now and they seem pretty good. although i think it would be good to go the course in Glasgow so i could catch up with fellow burly girlies

I never knew aboutAyr college offering them. I'm still in 2 minds whether to sign up to this and quit millinery - not sur Nancy would allow it seeing as i have loads of hats unfinished.
was being told that it will probably be more than the £125 but exact figures not known

Now, wouldn't it be amazing if it counted as the kind of course the ILA would support...thinking I may just check that out tomorrow.
I would SO love to be able to make a corset all by myself...

well the millinery course you can do on ILA but the dressmaking you can't
so who knows?

This sounds great, anymore info on this yet?
Prob is I work in Edinburgh and finish either at 5.30 or 6.30, would I have enough time to get over there??

normally the classe start at 6 and finish at 8 - but it the millinery class we have people arrive when they can. normally means they put in a little extra work at home if they want but they are very relaxed about it
