Thread: Come and support me in Glasgow - Sat 17th Oct

Hello there

My name is Gillian Dee and I'm a cabaret singer from Glasgow. I am performing in the Open Mic UK Finals in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall from 8pm - 10pm this Saturday 17th Oct 2009.

The night itself will consist of 20 singers all singing in various styles. The winner of the competition will go onto to compete in the Grand Finale in London and compete for £25,000 and a contract.

If there is anyone in Scotland who would like to come along and support please contact me.

Go on girl! Good luck as you progress with this, although with that voice, I doubt you'll need luck. I was flat out with a terrible headache on Saturday night, so couldn't possibly have made it.
