Store Manager

WKD inc are looking to recruit a store manager for their US store due to open September 2011.

Role: We are looking for a store manager to run and be responsible for the successful operation and day to day running of our first US store and mail order operation on Melrose Avenue.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for our brand, a drive to set high standards of store presentation and customer service with an ability to manage and motivate staff.



Essential skills:
  • Excellent sales, communication skills and the ability to build loyalty with customers
  • Well organised with good administration skills and analytical experience
  • Self motivated
  • Highly customer focussed
  • Flexible and able to work weekends
  • Passion for lingerie with excellent product knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure especially during busy periods

Retail Assistant


Reporting to the store manager, the retail assistant will be responsible for fitting and serving customers, merchandising product and general shop tasks, you will be required to demonstrate an enthusiasm for our brand and passion for customer service .

  • Excellent personal skills
  • Ability to sell product not just to serve customers
  • Flexible and able to work weekends
  • Capacity and drive to grow within our business
